Alex Vincent is the founder and driving force behind Alex Vincent Performance (AVP Engines), the in-house engine program of Rolison Performance Group. A respected engine builder and longtime member of the RPG organization, Alex combines meticulous preparation, technical knowledge and extensive trackside experience to deliver competitive, reliable power for the team’s international racing program.

Alex’s relationship with RPG extends well beyond supplying engines. Working directly alongside team owner Mike Rolison, RPG’s coaches, mechanics and drivers, he helps develop complete race packages tailored to changing track conditions and the individual needs of each competitor. His ability to interpret driver feedback, analyze performance and make precise adjustments has made AVP an integral part of RPG’s success.

Since joining the program, Alex and AVP Engines have contributed to major victories, podium finishes and championships across North, Central and South American championships. His engines have powered RPG drivers in international categories including the X30 divisions, while his dedication behind the scenes has helped elevate the team’s preparation and consistency.
